Responsibility：

The technical scope of Fuel Consumption Calculation Engineer includes the following activities and PIV.

assesses and defines FC specification for Chinese powertrain development

manages fuel economy synthesis for Chinese projects

contributes to PWT calibration tuning from FC prospective

participates in the wok of quality improvement plan

The daily design and validation work is driven by RCF (France) or RPF (SMTC/GCPA). Within this technical scope, he/she needs to

Be responsible of the technical data of Chinese applications inside the basic inputs(Base de donnée issue des contrats d’adaptation) process.

Deliver engine projects contributions at each milestone.

Create BSFC maps for engines from engine test bench measurements.

Create and update fuel consumption synthesis for all the Chinese applications.

Monitor results of valid emission/FE tests and perform renormalization.

Support PWT calibration tuning from fuel economy prospective.

Support modifying gearshift patterns for fuel economy benefits.

Contribute to fuel consumption calculation software modification.

Manage inputs, outputs and results sharing with EPCT.

Support EPCT to about emission/FE tests results and homologation declaration.

Finish other related tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirement:

Master degree

English speaking and good knowledge of French preferred

Good knowledge of PWT functioning principles

Good knowledge of Matlab modeling preferred

Team player with strong communication skills
