Job Responsibilities:

The full-time teacher is directly accountable to the ESL Department for the following responsibilities:

1. Complete the teaching tasks based on each individual's expertise and ability;

2. Be able to independently develop course syllabus and course PPT, participate in teaching research and actively provide professional opinions and advice for course content development and teaching methods;

3. Prepare course plans including teaching objectives, course content, course hours, teaching materials, teaching evaluation and teaching experience summary;

4. Assign and correct homework, design and grade test papers for students and communicate their progress with academic director;

Qualification and Requirements:

1. Master Degree holders in Education, TESOL, Language studies (English), Translation and Interpretation, and any related field in English teaching are preferred

2. Desire to teach and coach.

3. Good understanding of, and experience with, international standardize test such as IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE.

4. Strong presentation and communication skills

5. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with students.
