职位描述:
1、负责审核豪萨短视频内容是否违规；
Moderating Hausa short videos with policies
2、负责处理豪萨语短视频用户举报；
Resolving the user appeals of Hausa short videos
3、负责豪萨语短视频内容抽检、复审；
Conducting quality assessment of Hausa short videos
4、对接海外审核团队，提升相关团队工作质量；
Synchronizing with overseas moderation teams to improve the team performance
5、完成其他审核相关的项目。
Accomplishing other moderation related projects
职位要求:
1、豪萨语使用者或相关专业毕业，听、说、读、写能力优秀；
Native Hausa speaker, or proficient in Hausa from listening, speaking, reading to writing
2、英语优秀，能将英语作为工作语言；
Proficient in English (as working language)
3、能适应工作压力，工作细致耐心，责任心强，具备团队合作精神；
Adaptable to pressure; meticulous, patient and highly responsible for work; expert at teamwork
4、有审核从业经历优先，有新闻、传媒相关专业背景优先；
Prefer work experience in moderation, and/or academic backgrounds in news and media related majors
5、国籍不限，外国人有中国留学、生活经历者优先，会说汉语优先；中国人有尼日利亚生活经历者优先；
No restrictions on nationalities. For non-Chinese candidates, we prefer having study and work experience in China, and/or being able to speak Chinese. For Chinese candidates, we prefer those who have lived in Nigeria
6、能使用伊博语、约鲁巴语，或其他非洲语种者优先。
Prefer Igbo, Yoruba or other African language(s) speaker
