• Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy

• Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store

• Concept, develop and execute design & creative proposals for print campaigns, outdoor, in store marketing materials, serigraphy, website and e-commerce, social media channels, visual and PR initiatives

• Follow and maintain brand identity characteristics, typography, photography, colour etc., evolving and adapting design and creativity when necessary for local markets

• Prepare corporate materials to introduce the company in the market; translation of the materials (e.g. Marketing, event, training etc)

• Manage project timelines for assigned design projects

• Brainstorm with team to create innovative brand communication, translate merchandising strategies to elevate and evolve the brand

• Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays

• Help sourcing suppliers for Marketing /event materials

• Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result

• Come up with, revise and present design ideas with Sales Force

• Act in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and target market

• Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes

• Liaise with suppliers and source elements

• Choose right suppliers and create images and gadgets for the store event, displays, internal tools and SNS

REQUIREMENT:

• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality

• Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)

• Demonstrable visual design skills

• Knowledge of window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilization

• Creative and innovative thinker

• Mobility (Sometimes requires business trip)

• Good level of English (Italian is not mandatory but a plus)
