2. 联络业主、设计院、相关政府部门，解决与协调设计问题题

3. 审查设计院提供的各阶段图纸

4. 撰写工程招标技术规范

5. 带领团队完成设计进程

6. 项目施工过程中的技术支持

7. 培训及管理初级建筑师

任职资格：

1. 建筑学及相关专业毕业至少7年工作经验

2. 有设计院或境外设计事务所工作经验

3. 熟悉各类建筑设计规范及施工规范；

4. 熟悉各类建筑材料；

5. 能够熟练使用设计软件；

6. 中级英语知识（能够交流）；

如有施工图或项目管理特长，以上1、2项要求可适当放宽。

Job description:

1. Elaboration and improvement of Conceptual Design and Design Development

2. Liaise with client, local design institute and government to clarify technical design issues

3. Check each phase drawings provided by the local design institute

4. Write technical bidding specifications

5. Lead the team to complete the design

6. Support during construction phase of the project

7. Train and supervise junior architects

1. Degree in architecture and related major, at least 7 years’ working experience

2. Experiences in design institutes or international architecture offices

3. Familiar with building design and construction regulations

4. Familiar with building materials

5. Expert in design software

6. Middle level English knowledge (ability to communicate)

If you have strength in construction drawings or project management, the above 1 and 2 can be flexible.
