1. Managing and leading both local & foreign teachers in center, to achieve the teaching quality KPI.

2. Managing the center’s teaching resources, classroom layout.

3. Organizing weekly class preparations and facilitates meetings of teachers.

4. In-center curriculum training for teachers.

5. Supporting the Training Manager in controlling the teaching quality, including of observing classes and evaluating teachers.

6. Planing the activity events for centers: Christmas, Halloween and New Year’s Party.

7. Assessment for prospective students.

8. Accomplishment weekly reports and submiting to the Teacher Manager.

9. Requiring to teach classes in the center.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above in English or pre-school education or related majors;

2. 3 years or more children's education or children's courses training work experience; more than 1 year experience in the same position.

3. With the teacher or trainer qualification certificate is preferred;

4. Good Mandarin and English language written and oral communication skills.

5. Good team management, supervision and implementation capacity.
