Job Description
Job Duties:
Desired Skills and Experience:
- To record AR transactions, create cash demand reports, track income and expenses and check figures for accuracy
- To assist in month end closing, daily account settlement and account reconciliation.
- To maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- To provide support for the processing of and vouchers as well as cash management and bank administration
- To provide working reports including AR collection, AR daily report by the deadline
- To coordinate with operators for chasing the cash collection and forecast the in cash volume weekly
- To follow the banking issues such as foreign currency payment, receiving and conversion, taking bank statements and other audit required docs related to bank
- To prepare the payment voucher and receipt voucher for internal or external audit.
- To issue invoices to clients daily and follow invoicing related issues such as invoices purchasing, invoices certification and preparation of invoices report for monthly VAT report.
- To assist with Regional Finance Manager on the statistical bureau reporting
- To assist Share Service team in annual internal and external audit work
- To perform other financial duties as assigned by the Regional Financial Manager or the Financial Accountant.
- To assist Regional Administration Manager on the admin works such as attendance checking, official seals management, and other jobs order from Regional Administration Manger.
- To assist documentation preparation for OP team.
- To perform any other tasks assigned by Manager.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- College degree in accounting is preferred.
- At least 1 year’s working experience, and experience in logistic industry is preferred.
- Able to work in English environment, such as reading and writing in English
- Familiar with Office Software (Work, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).
- Integrity, studious, conscientious and patient with good communication skill
