• Visual inspection, control of correctness of products assembly and subassemblies, functional tests

• 检验及控制产品的组装和操作的准确性

• Verification of BOM and material flow control in the ERP system

• 在ERP系统中确认BOM及材料进出控制

• Compliance with and implementing 3Shape Quality Management System

• 遵守并执行3Shape的质量管理体系

• Compliance with safety regulations

• 遵守安全操作流程

• Compliance with 5-S system rules

• 遵守5-S准则

• Take care of good relationship with co-workers

• 建立与同事的良好合作关系

• Using own knowledge and work experience to help co-workers (especially Junior Mechanics)

• 积极的培训及帮助经验较少的员工

• Compliance with orders and company regulations

• 遵守订货及公司规章制度

• The duty to obey a data protection act

• Production plan realization

• 根据生产计划安排生产线员工的生产任务

• Supervising of testing and implementation of new products

• 对新产品的测试和生产步骤的实现进行监督

• Cooperation with Quality and Production Engineering and Department and Planning and Shipping

• 与质量，工程，计划，物流部门进行有效合作

• Supervising of production trainings

• 负责监督生产培训的效果和进度

• OT control to keep the high productivity

• 控制加班，以确保高效的生产效率。

• Reporting to Production manager- information about status, problems, possible improvements

• 汇报给生产经理关于生产进度，问题或其他改进的信息

• Other tasks production manager assigned

• 其他生产经理安排的工作

Job Requirements:

• Education: Colleague or above

• 大专或同等以上学历

• Competencies: basic mechanic knowledge

• 基本的 机械 知识

• Overall electrical knowledge

• 基本的电学知识

• Overall IT knowledge（Common Miro software）

• 基本的电脑知识

• Independent fulfilment of delegated tasks

• 能够独立完成工作任务

• Knowledge of foreign languages: communicative English

• 语言要求: 能够用英语进行基本口头和书面沟通

• Work experience: above 2 years of production line management and relevant working experience

• 有2年以上生产管理及相关工作经验
