POSITION SUMMARY（职位概述）

Clinical application (associate) manager is responsible for acting as an “Clinical Expert” and “knowledge center ” to deliver clinical service to external and internal customers, offering technical, application training for PAS product, workflow optimizing, support the product complaint handling implementation, working as a technical consultant in communication between customers and corporate.

l Manage and improve BU clinical application service system

l Also work as technical expert for quality management of blood collection service to support clients’ pre-analytical system improvement

l Provide application training to sales, distributor and relevant function team

l Design the content of application service across pre-sales, product validation and after-sales trouble shooting, and update knowledge center accordingly

l Work closely with Product/Sales/Operation team to handle customer complaints and provide solutions from clinical and technical perspective, win customer satisfaction

l Work as a trainer to deliver clinical training course to internal and external customers

l Support marketing through development of contents and evidence to differentiate PAS products

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Medical Technology or related science.

5 years’ application service experience

Good knowledge and good practice experience in biological/medical laboratory, minimum of three years of clinical laboratory experience
