• 高质量的完成课程的教授；
• 教学设备的维护和管理；

• 本科学历或以上（早期教育相关专业、艺术类专业、音乐类专业优先）；
• 有激情，热爱和孩子一起的工作，并且愿意为孩子的成长付出时间和精力；
• 优秀的英语听说读写能力，英文水平不低于CET6/TEM4；
• 能够承受相应的工作压力；
• 身体健康，积极，精力充沛；
• 优秀的人际沟通能力和领导力，具有团队合作精神；
• 为人正直，具有良好的职业素养；
• 具有强烈的自我推动力和目标感；
• 风趣活泼, 有幽默感；
• 具有儿童教育行业（0-13岁）相关工作经验优先。

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct high quality classes;
• Equipment set up and maintenance;
• A reliable resource for parents;
• Band representative.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably related to early childhood education);
• Passionate, love to work with kids and willing to devote time and effort for the benefit of both kids and parents;
• Proficient use of English language (speaking, reading and writing) is a must. Minimum of CET6/TEM4;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Physically fit, active, energetic and can sing;
• Team player with good interpersonal and leadership skills;
• Values integrity and professionalism;
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and coach able;
• A funster;
• Experience of working with kids aged 0 to13 is a plus.
