Design regional HD business plan aligned to company channel strategy.
Build good relationship with key HD customers.
Provide expert tutoring to field sales team to fully understand and effectively executive in HD channel.
Set up processes, procedures and policies to ensure the execution in a correct direction.
Initiative and run effective activities with the support of field retail sales team to drive the marketing share in key HD channel.
Strictly control the sales cost to secure the profit from HD channel.
Bachelor degree or above;- Over 8 years of related sales experience and rich customer resources;
- Prefer at least 3 years working experiences on HD channel management.
- Strong passion to drive sales growth;
- Excellent customer relationship management;
- Good presentation skill.
- Strategic thinking with good analytical skills
- Result driven
