Qualifications/Experience Required:

？ 5 years above maintenance work experience prefer in related industry of Lubs MNC 5年以上维修工作经历，有外企类似流程行业为佳

？ Familiar with OEE and bad actor program, Knowledge on mechanism and electric, strong background of instrument and automation ; 熟悉设备效率管理和程序，和相关设备与电气知识需要很强的仪表和自动化背景

？ Average written and oral English，familiar with MS-office software; 一般英文说写能力和熟练使用MS-office 软件

quipment checking to ensure equipment in smooth operation and all maintenance activity act up to HSEQ requirement 负责全厂设备的统计分析和管理，预防维修计划的制定和执行,日常设备维护和检查，确保设备稳定运行,所有维修工作符合HSEQ 要求

？ Participate in assigned CAPEX project technique requirement, equipment installation, commissioning, acceptance and hand over，ensure project safety, quality on schedule. 参与负责的CAPEX 项目的技术需求，设备安装调试，接收和交付, 确保项目实施过程中的安全，质量和按期完成

？ Keep active contact with production, statistic, analysis and manage equipment failure to reduce equipment down time, provide technique support for productivity improvement by equipment optimization and renovation. 与生产部门保持沟通，统计分析和管理设备故障停机时间，提供技术支持和设备优化以提升产能

？ Management of instrument and special equipment inspection and calibration according to requirements of local authority and company rules. 管理仪表和特种设备的检验和校正，确保符合当地法规和集团标准

？ Management of maintenance spare parts by equipment criticality evaluation and periodically review, prepares requisitions to keep spare parts in proper inventory. 控制和管理备品备件,识别重要备件,保持合理库存

？ Operate CMMS system Ensures Preventive Maintenance, Work Orders and Safety inspections are completed and provide feedback on outstanding work. 确保预防保养和维修工单的及时，高效完成，并提供必要的反馈和建议
