1. Provide all kinds of support to HIS end user, including application access, usage, devices and equipments..Etc.
2. Manage user access privileges as per business process requirements, test and document changes
3. Implement and monitor all end user related security procedures, ensure they are complied with information security policies
4. Monitor and identify existing issues that might have negative impacts on HIS operations and report to the supervisor
5. Provide HIS training to user
6. Work closely with ITS operations to accomplish tasks assigned

Qualifications:
1. Associate college degree in computer science or information technology
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience IT support or application support troubleshooting or compatible
3. A multiple enterprise with HIS experience is preferred
4. A medical or nursing background is preferred
5. Overseas experience is preferred
6. Other evidences of substantial knowledge can substitute educational requirements

Knowledge and Skills:
1. In depth knowledge of troubleshooting techniques, be efficient while working simultaneously with multiple software applications, be efficient in communicating with user to identify problems and problems and provide solutions
2. Thorough knowledge of Windows operating systems and the ability to manipulate popular software applications
3. Familiar with basic networking, good knowledge of PC’s, printers and peripheral equipment
4. Sound understanding of information security control
5. Interpersonal relationship building
6. Set and manage priorities and meet deadlines
7. Effective written and verbal English communication
