Requirement:

• Be familiar with Chinese building codes for industrial projects
• 了解国家规范对工业建筑的理解
• Experienced in the detail design of industrial or electronics projects. i.e. clean rooms, general manufacturing facilities(food, beverage), offices.
• 曾从事电子或一般工业项目的图纸绘制，如：洁净室、一般机械厂房（食品、饮料），办公楼
• Experience of working on projects for western investors is preferred
• 具备外资项目经验为佳
• Assistant Engineer Certificated is necessary
• 助理工程师

Responsibilities:

• Support Architect to generate all the drawings(Plan, section, Elevation etc.) based on client input and comments in concept phase.
• 方案阶段根据业主提资协助建筑师绘制建筑专业的所有图纸（平面、立面、剖面等）
• In charge of entire architectural drawings based on internal CD or CDI input and develop final detail design deliverables
• 根据公司内部方案或其他设计公司的方案完成全套施工图
• Ensure that all drawings are complete within the allocated hours and in accordance with the project.
• 确保所有阶段的图纸按时完成
• Ensure that discipline deliverables conform to the Company Way and are best-practice.
• 确保交付的图纸是根据公司要求进行绘制并提供业主的方案
• Maintain the project discipline server system as defined in Company procedures.
• 负责维护建筑专业在服务器上的文件管理
• Proficient in AutoCAD\SkecthUp and other Microsoft applications such as Word Excel and PPT etc.
• 熟练操作AutoCAD、草图大师及其他常用办公软件如：Word、Excel及PPT等
