• Purpose of the Job

• The procurement manager will be responsible for procurement activities, evaluate supplier capability and identify quality supplier sources based on ABI procurement policy and process, and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders and conduct savings in an efficient and effective manner.

• The procurement manager will conduct the RFX(information, proposal and quotation) process including facilitating the evaluation process and presenting of recommendations.

• The procurement manager will negotiate the contract terms and conditions with suppliers.

• The procurement manage will manage all procurement activities in line with ABI compliances.

• The procurement manager will follow 8 step sourcing, maintain strategic reviewing of spending, conduct market intelligence, source and manage suppliers and implement the sourcing strategy.

• The procurement manager will share the training and compliance controlling for the suppliers, end users and team in ZxV China

3. Accountabilities

• Coordinate ZxV different teams, and APAC N/Global procurement team

• Achievement of saving targets, and budget management

• Achievement of team targets

• Risk assessment and controlling

• Saving tracker/Spending report/Contract management

4. Qualifications and Technical competencies required

Education

• Bachelor’s degree and above

• CPSM/CSCP is a plus

Experience:

• Previous experience with management responsibilities in a multicultural environment

• 5 years relevant working experience

Technical Competencies: (Job related)

• Passionate and self-motivated, open-minded

Understand and master cost control tools and negotiation skills with suppliers to support continuous optimization

• Good computer skills, mastery of Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills

• Fast learning ability and good communication skill

• Fluent oral and written English
