1.Education background: Bachelor degree or above

2.Work experience: The candidate must have over five years experience in education field, particularly in channel development and product development. Technical knowledge in broadcast/IT industry will be an advantage.

3.Other: Good communication skill, high motivational and leadership skills.

4.Frequent travel is required.
