与员工沟通，传授员工使用设备安全操作知识，指导督促员工保养设备，对生产人员必须先培训后上岗。

负责日常生产设备的维修及零件的申购工作

严格服从公司领导的统一指挥，执行其工作指令，一切管理行为向公司负责；

Requirements 任职要求：

1. Education教育：Senior school or above. Mechanic middle level or above高中及以上学历，钳工中级以上职称

2. Experience 经验：

a) More than ten years working experience in factory repair and maintenance

十年以上工厂维修和设备养护工作经验

b) Experience with stamping and bending machine maintenance（must）

有冲床、折弯机和自动化设备的维修经验（必须）

c) proficient in repair and change pneumatic and hydraulic machine（must）

精通气动和液压设备维修和改造（必须）

d) Proficient in milling, turning and grinding processing technology to make the machine parts（must）.

会使用车、磨、铣等机加工设备，熟练加工基础零件（必须）。

e) Can welding and cutting with gas

会操作和使用电焊和气割。

f) strong ability of judgment and dealing,

较强的事故判断和处理能力，动手能力强

g) Can understand the parts and system principle diagram. （must）

能看懂零配件和系统原理图（必须）

3. Age 年龄：35-45.

4. Personality 性格

a) Do things carefully 做事认真；

b) Can work under pressure 能够在压力下工作；

c) Have Strong sense of principle 原则性强；

5. Language 语言

Can read and write Chinese well. English is plus. 能够读写中文，会英语更佳。
