This is an exciting opportunity to join RUIFIER as e-commerce supervisor to support our online growth in mainland China. RUIFIER is a fashion fine jewellery brand based in London, stocked worldwide in leading stores including Harrods, Selfridges, Lane Crawford, Galeries Lafayette and Harbour City, just to mention a few.

The ideal candidate should be a detail-oriented, highly organised individual who enjoys managing challenging projects and working cross-functionally. Additionally, you should also be motivated and have the ability to bring analytics and insights to both marketing and product disciplines.

The role:

• Responsible for the new business growth and fulfillment of RUIFIER T-mall Flagship Store.

• Manage the daily e-store operation, build up business plan with T-mall and negotiate for good exposure resources to achieve the sales target.

• Onsite product merchandising: support on supply chain, product info translation, pick up in-stock, catalogue updating, orders monitoring, product inventory and replenishment to sustain business growth.

• Visual merchandising: efficient communication with the Graphic Designer and MKT to manage the visual content of T-mall Flagship Store to match the brand image and combine with digital usability.

• Support on digital marketing: online campaigns/activities, social media strategies, omni marketing practices to build up brand awareness , bring traffic and improve CVR.

• Cross department coordination: partner with Logistic, Call center, CRM, PR, IT and MKT for online results and successful implementation.

• Data analysis & reporting: market and competitors analysis, sales and traffic analysis and reporting, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above

• 2-3years with solid experience in E-commerce/T-mall , ideally fashion, luxury brands or T-mall.com.

• E-merchandising, digital marketing(SEO, digital media, KOL), data analysis skills.

• Digital mindset, multiple-tasking and good interpersonal skill, teamwork and be passion.

• Fluent in English. Excellent in MS Office, PS is a plus.
