岗位职责：

任职要求：

1. 有机化学，药物化学或相关专业博士以上学历;

2. 3-5年以上药物工业工作经验;

3. 结果导向，良好的自我激励意识，精力充沛;

4. 流利的中英文听说读写能力;

5. 具备分子库设计和合成工作经验者优先；

6. 具有早期药物研发经验者优先。

Job Responsibility:

1. to lead assigned medchem projects in hits to leads and lead optimisaton stages independently as the lead chemist, driving the chemical deisgn, data interpretation and synthesis problem solving to ensure quality outcome of the discovery projects

2. to drive effective interactions and coordinations among chemists, biologists, computational scientists, pharmacologists to help decision making and to ensure timely progress of the projects;

3. to provide timely analysis of medchem projects to help shape the overall pipeline;

4. to provide regular and integrated summaries and updates to managers and customers

Requirements:

1. Ph.D degree in organic chemistry or other medicinal chemistry related disciplines.

2. 2+ years industry working experience in medicinal chemistry with a track record of project delivery.

3. Experience in leading medchem projects to pre-clinical candidate stage or beyond.

4. Self-motivated, results-oriented and energetic.

5. Fluent writing and speaking in both Chinese and English.

6. Experience in macromolecule synthesis or development is preferred.

7. Experience in protein-protein interactions, nuclear hormone receptors and epigenetic targets is preferred.

8. Experience in anti-cancer drug R&D is preferred.

9. A deep understanding in drug R&D in China is preferred.
