该公司是工业自动化领域的领导者，近年来的成长速度很快，目前在葡萄牙、德国、墨西哥以及中国都设有办事处。

岗位职责：

负责办公室的行政管理；

整理资料并负责办公室的日常管理和维护；

与中国的供货商及材料供应商沟通并维护与其的关系；

负责管理外籍员工的交通事务；

协助总部管理收付款；

协助公司各办事处及各部门间的沟通；

协助项目的相关管理部门与客户及供应商进行沟通；

协助中国分公司的管理人员完成相关的工作。

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上；

2. 最好有一年以上工作经验（非硬性要求）；

3. 工作语言为中文及英语；会德语者优先考虑；

4. 工作态度积极、自律、有上进心、有志向并且好学；

5. 有计划在公司进行长期发展，需要出差到葡萄牙进行入职培训。

工作详情：

1. 工作时间：周一至周五上午8:00至下午5:00，其中午休时间为一小时， 每周工作时间为40小时；

2. 工作地点：佛山市南海区；

3. 薪酬福利：8000 —12000，具体根据个人能力而定；

4. 社会保障：购买五险一金；

5. 假期福利：国家法定节假日；

6. 培训提升：安排到葡萄牙总部进行入职培训；

5. 劳动合同暂定为期一年，试用期为1个月。

Job description

We are looking for a pro-active, disciplined, motivated, fast-learning and ambitious person to start an automotive project with FAW-VOLKSWAGEN as final client. This company, who is encountering rapid growth in the recent years, is a leader in the industrial automotive sector. Currently, they have offices in Portugal, Germany, Mexico and China.

Responsibilities:

Administration and documentation management

Manage daily office duties

Contact different suppliers of services and materials in China

Support employees’ transportation

Help conduct payments to Chinese suppliers

Support many of the company’s departments located in different regions

Support the Project Management Department, including communication with the clients and suppliers.

Collaborate with the General Manager in completing tasks

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor degree or higher education completed

Work Experience: Preferably one year, not compulsory

Languages: Native in Chinese and fluent in English; German is not required but preferred

Aptitude: Pro-active, disciplined, motivated, ambitious and willing to learn

Scope: We are looking for candidates who are willing to have a long-term career with us. A training period in Portugal is included

Conditions

Working time: Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 to 17:00, with one hour break for lunch - total of at least 40 hours per week.

Location: Foshan, Nanhai District – FAW-VOLKSWAGEN FOSHAN 1

Salary: between 8000 and 12000 - salary negotiable

Holidays: according to Chinese legislation

Contract period: Initially 1 year of contract with a 1 month probationary period
