Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
To provide engineering support including Audio/Video
Setup and maintenance of the following equipment for meetings/presentations/performances.
- Laptops
- Projectors
- Screens
- TV/Video player
- Speakers
- Microphones
- Digital Cameras
- Video Cameras
- Tripods

Theatre support
Operation and administration of related system
To undertake any reasonable request made by the line manager that ensures consistent delivery of service to the School
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Verbal and written communications skill in Chinese and English
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
- Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing helpdesk IT support
- Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control
- Demonstrated with a demonstrated enthusiasm for AV
- Availability for overtime and weekend work expected.
