Main Responsibility:

Lead the Specific promoter team to achieve monthly show and ratio target through planning, executing and managing promotion activities.

通过良好的计划与管理，能带领团队完成每月公司推广与该渠道的销售合同数任务

Organize monthly and weekly meeting; motivate and evaluate specific promoter team via systemized training and communication.

组织并召开周例会和月度例会，通过对团队的培训和即时沟通，定期业绩回顾，确保团队保持工作激情并改善工作技能。

Provide field coaching in the regular site check, and come up with constructive proposals on promoter management and policies through observation and feedback collection with promoters.

定期现场巡视，完善推广员管理制度，同时根据市场反馈对团队管理提出建设性的提议

Establish comprehensive recruitment system to enlarge the candidate pool so as to maintain a stable and passionate specific promoter team.

建立完善的招聘制度，扩大团队候选人基数，从而维持团队的稳定性和工作积极性。

Keep smooth communication with center to get center's support for specific promoter team and handle crisis effectively when needed.

通过与中心有效的沟通，获取中心的支持和配合，并能有效解决突发事件。

Keep good relationship with property management and city management to win their permission to do the promotion activity in front of center and set up a booth in front of center or building lobby if possible.

与物业管理及城管保持良好的关系，确保中心特派推广员工作的顺畅开展，并在可能的情况下为中心特派推广员设立固定摊位。

Prepare relevant reports and do analysis.

按要求完成相关的报表和工作报告并做相应的数据分析。

Requirements:

3+ years supervisory experience in direct sales or direct marketing.

3年以上销售或者直销行业市场管理运作经验

Strong negotiation and people skills

具较强的商谈和交际能力

Strong analytical background with ability to evaluate programs and monitor results

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
