岗位职责：

• Liaise with related parties for sample arrangement, production and shipment follow up
• Prepare Shipment Reports, Purchase Orders, Orders Filing and Reporting
• Maintain Costing Reports
• Ensure vendors and suppliers compliance to company's quality requirements and guidelines
• Support manager with administrative details, and ad-hoc tasks/projects when required

任职要求：

• Ability to organize, communicate and follow up orders independently
• 5+ years relevant merchandising experience preferable
• Experience in Quality Control is a merit
• Strong Computer Skills of MS Excel
• Good Command of English
• Detail oriented and able to work under pressure and deliver good results within timeframes
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
