Job duties/responsibilities

Working under minimal direction, ability to independently lead and plan department/organization processes for developing, implementing and maintaining various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration. Develops and plans manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives. Prepares build analyses and cost estimate reports. Leads integration of complex suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements. Develops complex tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering requirements. Manages tooling from initial design to end of use disposition. Leads investigation and resolution of complex or systemic manufacturing related issues. Supports enterprise level benchmarking to incorporate best practices. Leads development of complex work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments.

Obtain preliminary Service Bulletin from Customer Repository (dropbox); Initiate draft Task card in ERP tool; Obtain Service Bulletin from My Boeing Fleet; Validate and complete Task Cards based on released Service Bulletin; Work with Industrial Engineering to integrate Task Cards into the operating plan; Release completed Task Cards to be worked by manufacturing; back up Joint Venture engineers as needed; responsible for all task cards authoring (Interior Installation, Paint, Field Operations).

从客户资料库（Dropbox）获取初始服务通告；在ERP工具中启动草拟工卡；从My Boeing Fleet获得服务通告；基于发布的服务通告确认并完成工卡；与工业工程部门合作，将工卡整合到运营计划中；向生产部门发布已完成的工卡，供其执行；根据需要为合资企业工程师提供援助；负责编写所有工卡（内饰安装、喷漆、现场运营）。

Qualifications

• Required

• Must have the right to work in China; does not require sponsorship for employment visa currently and in the future

  必须有持有在中国工作的许可; 目前和将来都不需要公司为工作签证提供赞助；

• 2-3 years previous experience in aviation industry

  拥有2-3年航空业从业经验；

• Proficient in English (both reading and writing TOFEL level). Ability to type/enter data in both English and Chinese

  娴熟的英语技能（读写达到托福水平）， 能够以英文和中文打字/输入数据；

• Knowledge of aviation terms/language

  了解航空术语/语言；

• Understanding of airplane parts installation

  了解飞机零部件安装；

• Previous experience in authoring airplane job/task cards in a maintenance environment

  拥有编写飞机维修工卡的经验；

• Previous experience in reading airplane engineering drawings/blueprints in a maintenance environment associated with service bulletins

  拥有在与服务通告相关的维修环境中识读飞机工程图纸/蓝图的经验；

• Must be capable of working overtime to support emergent Program requirements

  必须能够加班，以支持紧急的项目要求；

• Must be able to work well under pressure

  必须能够在压力下出色工作；

• Implement tooling requirements based on manufacturing needs and manages the tooling from initial design to end of use disposition

  根据制造需求实施工装要求，从初始设计到终止使用处置全程管理工装；

• Lead investigation and resolution of complex or systemic manufacturing related issues

  牵头调查和解决复杂或系统的制造相关问题。

Preferred

• 
  3+ years previous experience in aviation industry

  拥有3年以上航空业从业经验；

• Fluent in both English and Chinese (reading, writing/typing)

  流利的英文和中文（读写/打字）；

• Previous experience in authoring airplane job/task cards in a final assembly type environment

  拥有在总装类环境中编写飞机工卡的经验；

• Previous experience in drawing blueprint in a maintenance environment associated with service bulletins

拥有在与服务通告相关的维修环境中识读飞机工程图纸/蓝图的经验。
