岗位职责：

1、负责公司日常会计工作；

2、负责与税务系统的对账，按时申报税；做好税务筹划，控制税负率的范围；

3、负责公司进出口免、抵、退税全程操作管理和外贸结汇操作流程；

4、做好研发费用明细账、辅助账以及研发费用加计扣除备案工作；

5、进行成本预测、控制、分析和考核，并做好成本差异分析与监测，为公司管理层、采购与业务等部门提供成本管理支持服务；

6、主导制订公司年度总预算和季度预算，调整、汇总、审核各部门上报的月度预算；

7、负责出具每月财务报表，做好年度汇算清缴工作；

8、协助审计部门进行财务审计，协助投资机构进行财务尽调，协助银行进行贷款财务调查；

9、完善会计核算制度、优化会计核算流程；

10、能独立处理财务部所有日常事务；

11、完成领导交办的其它工作任务。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，财务相关专业，持中级会计师证；

2、研发型高新技术企业三年以上主办会计工作经验；有财务管理经验者优先；

3、 能够独立进行账务处理，熟悉会计法规和税法，熟练使用金蝶财务软件；

4、 具有良好的组织、协调、沟通能力和团队协作精神，能承受较大工作压力；

5、 乐观向上，充满正能量，勤奋好学；

6、 诚实正直，工作严谨细心，认真负责。
