岗位职责：

1）负责建立并运行公司生物样品检测平台，包括流式检测、蛋白样品ELisa检测、抽提质粒质量检测（内毒素、超螺旋比例）、细胞质量检测（支原体）、WB、蛋白纯化及检测、无菌检测、实验室环境检测等

2）负责检测技术与方法的研究和评价

3）完成领导交办的其他事项

任职要求：

1）医学、药学、动物医学、实验动物学、生物或免疫学等相关专业，本科及以上学历；

2）熟练掌握PCR、酶切、连接、琼脂糖凝胶电泳、WB、ELISA、流式检测等实验技术，有蛋白纯化技术优先；

3）有生物制药工作背景和 GMP实验室工作经验者优先

4）吃苦耐劳、积极主动、责任心强，具备较强的动手能力和独立工作能力，对实验及数据非常严格严谨；

5）工作细心严谨，按照实验室的质量控制要求，填写相关记录表单，维护实验仪器，保持实验技术平台的正常运转。

6）有良好的团队合作精神和奉献精神，善于学习新技术。
