1 IT Degree or equivalent experience with IT development experience

2 Strong Oracle PL/SQL query knowledge. Able to write and debug stored procedures, functions and packages

3 Must able to communicate (write and speak) using English language

4 Able to do support work in non-office hour (on call)

5 Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

6 Able to work well under pressure and time constraints

7 Able to learn quickly and work independently with supervision

8 Experience with OTM (Oracle Transport Management / GLOG) will be a strong advantage

9 Experience with ground transportation logistic or TMS system will be a strong advantage

10 Working knowledge and experience with the following would be an added advantage:

VBA Scripting / Jasper IReports / Good knowledge of XSD, XSLT / Linux / Unix shell programming experience / Oracle Reports / Apache & Tomact server / Weblogic 8.1 Server / JBoss 4.x.x server / IIS administration

11 Some oversea travel may be required

12 Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science or other related subject is preferred

13 Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in IT development

14 Excellent counseling, negotiation, interpersonal skills

Our offer

1 Undertake 2nd level support in the resolution of non-routine system issues

2 Ensure 24 x 7 application support for all countries

3 Work closely and coordinate with country IT to resolve system and operational issues

4 Work closely and coordinate with Regional team to resolve issues

5 Troubleshoot, identify and resolve application issues

6 Support the Regional team in project development, testing patches, upgrades of the DDS application

7 Identify, develop and implement temporary workaround solutions

8 Maintain, track and provide metrics for all issues and queries reported

9 Ensure that support OLAs are strictly adhered to

10 Ensure that all support SOPs are maintained and up-to-date for every different customer/site implementations

11 Maintain and manage support FAQ for each customer, country and site implementation

12 Be familiar and up-to-date of all customers, country and site SOPs so as to support daily operational queries and issues

13 Strictly follow and comply with all the rules and regulation on DB Schenker Compliance Guideline.
