Job description:

1. Establish trade lane development plan and strategy to achieve the budget and profit targets.

2. Joint business development with groups' global network, improve the brand awareness and market competitiveness in the field of international freight forwarding in China.

3. Responsible for new business development and new client negotiation, application to enter into the vendor list of target key accounts, overall planning and logistics solution for international freight forwarding, and to provide customer-oriented comprehensive customer service and professional logistics solutions.

4. Supervise the daily operation of the project and the team, guide the team to take measures to avoid potential risks, and solve operational problems in a timely and effective manner.

5. Control customer business status and lead commercial matters (such as customer relationship maintenance, business negotiation and explore, AR collection, insurance claims, etc.)

6. Meet the compliance requirements of the group, set up SOP and related internal management policy and regulations, and provide relevant trainings for the team.

Qualifications:

1.Over 5+ years of experience in international freight forwarding business development, operation and management, with abundant customer resources and professional contacts.

2. Familiar with the third-party Russian and CIS logistics market, intermodal transportation and air freight, familiar with the project management of contracting, with rich experience and ability in operation, familiar with market, and good relationship with ship owners and suppliers.

3. Proficient in international trade and customs policies, able to plan and implement logistics of international projects, prepare logistics reports, proposals and operational procedures required by customers.

4. Strong sales skill, organization and management skill, coordination and communication skill, pressure resistance skill, negotiation skill, execution skill, can effectively guide the daily work of the project team with leadership.

5. Good English and Chinese communication skills, capable to interact effectively with international customers and groups' overseas networks. Russian language is an advantage.
