• Develop a deep understanding of leading edge internet products/services（Cloud/IoT/5G,etc.） in terms of consumers' needs,attitudes and use patterns and market/competitive activities;
• Provide strategic analyses and recommendations over a broad range of management issues at corporate and business group level;
• Facilitate execution of key initiatives across business groups and functions;
• Analyze emerging business models and internet innovations to help top management identify new growth areas;
• As part of the corporate strategy team,develop annual corporate business plan and budget.

• This position requires at least 5 years of work experience; PhD or master degree in related areas(engineering, AI, Computer Science, etc) is a strong plus;
• High level of integrity,dedication and motivation,and great passion for the Internet industry;
• Strong focus on user experience and strong conviction of user value;
• Strong problem solving skills and acute business sense that enable good business judgment;
• A get-doer who is down to earth, hardworking and disciplined;
• Effective communication and people skills;
• Good understanding of China specifics;
• International exposure is a plus,MBA degree with a prestigious school is a plus for the Associate Director level and above;
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
