WHAT WE OFFER

• Monitor the status of production lines, operating equipment, utilities, waste water treatment plant.
• Initiate actions to improve manufacturing process, operation safety, reliability and efficiency and product quality.
• Coordinate the daily maintenance and annual turnaround with other departments.
• Handle the improvement proposal from PCA initiation, implementation, tracking, until completion.
• Responsible for the operational troubleshooting, plant trials, quality improvement, new process development to assists in achieving reliability and quality targets.
• Responsible for the development, revision, maintain and implement IMS (corporate directive, ISO 9001) procedures and operating procedures.
• Provide and arrange the training for operators.
• Monitor energy consumption, propose or implement energy saving project for higher production effenciency.

• EHS performance – Ensure the process and production lines are operated in safe conditions.
• Reliability – Ensure the production lines are operating in high reliability to meet market demand.
• Quality – Ensure all the products are met the quality specification and customers’ needs.
• Cost control– Ensure the facilities are operating in low cost and under budget.

Work Relations:

Internal : Maintenance, Technical, Procurement, Environmental & QC, Safety & Hygiene, Warehouse & Logistics, Polyol Technical Center.
External : Nitorgen supplier, EO supplier, dosage suplier, water supplier, other vendors or contractor if necessary.

Qualification:

• BS degree or above in Chemical Engineering.
• At least 5 years experience in the chemical industry.
• Require knowledge of chemical process design, polyol technology.
• Good command in both spoken and written English.
• Able to lead and manage a team and effectively delegate work.
• Possess excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Able to solve problems under pressure and in a timely manner.
• Honest, integrity, creative and open mind is crucial to this position
