主要职责

• 配合店铺经理管理下属团队员工并努力领导团队完成公司销售指标。
• 与客人沟通，了解客户需求，努力提高客户满意度，反馈和处理客户意见和部分投诉。
• 保证对客户的服务符合公司标准的
• 推动和跟踪精品顾问提供的每日/每周/每月的销售来确保达成预算
• 协助在店经理和副店经理管理日常店铺工作

任职要求

• 专科或以上学历
• 三年以上奢侈品行业销售经验
• 具有良好的亲和力及销售能力
• 较强的观察力和应变能力
• 具备团队管理经验
