提高香水及美容品顾客对CHANEL品牌的忠诚度，确保公司销售目标的达成
主要职责
- 带领柜台销售团队达成月度和年度销售目标
- 通过库存监控以及与市场、销售团队协调，保持正确库存水平和合理的产品配置
- 执行新柜开张以及新装修柜台重新营业的相关事宜
- 和百货商场协商，并与市场、销售团队协调，准备促销活动，提高商场排名和市场份额
- 招聘及管理柜长和美容顾问，达成客户关系管理关键指标
- 和香水及美容品部销售、培训、市场团队，以及仓库部门保持良好合作
- 按时完成公司和区域主任交付的其他工作
任职要求
- 专科或以上学历
- 四年或以上奢侈品行业或快速消费品行业相关销售工作经验，拥有2年柜台管理经验者优先
- 注重细节，以高标准要求自己的工作
- 具有良好的沟通能力,执行能力和团队合作能力
- 能同时处理多个工作任务，能承受工作压力并将其转化为行动
