Job Title: Finance Controller (集团幼儿园)

General Mission:

The post-holder is responsible for managing the activities within accounting and finance function. This incumbent provides advice to the business leader, and also provides functional guidance to accounting/finance team. Assuming the role of a business partner within the organization, the role is expected to develop and enhance the accounting/finance organization beyond that of a controllership and reporting into one that proactively interprets and addresses both the strategic and operational needs to support and enable the business growth in China.

Key Responsibilities：

• Supervise departmental personnel;
• Responsible for budgeting and rolling forecast;
• Responsible for working capital (cash flow) management, including: tuition/fees collection, payment processing and controls;
• Evaluate and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues
• Manage all accounting operations including Revenue Recognition/Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and Fixed Asset Accounting, etc.;
• Ensure accounting policies and procedures comply with related laws/rules;
• Responsible for timely, consistent and accurate month-end and year-end close accounting/finance reports;
• Manager tax reconciliation and filing accurately, including VAT, Withholding tax, CIT, etc.
• Overseeing other financial assignments attached to department.

Requirements：

• Advanced degree in Accounting, CICPA preferred;
• Solid knowledge on tax operation and compliance;
• Strong knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations;
• Fluency in both written and spoken English;
• Good communication and management skill;
• Strong responsibilities and customer-oriented;
• 10+ year working experience in accounting and finance;
• 5+ years of management experience in accounting/finance, preferably at international kindergarten or school;
• High integrity, ability to use initiative, positive working attitude, team work, discreet & confidential;
• Good at analyzing problems and providing solutions;
• Ability to deliver training, make presentations, with confidence and authority.
• Inter-culture and international kindergarten or school work experience will be priority.
