具有医疗器械的MEMS器件开发和加工工作经验,与测序仪研发团队(生物,化学,微流,设备)合作,开发下一代半导体基因测序仪平台。
主要工作内容包括:
1)根据芯片设计加工的要求,以及CMOS/MEMS厂家的工艺加工能力,选择正确生产厂家。
2)直接和CMOS/MEMS厂家一起在CMOS芯片上开发和集成后端MEMS的加工工艺,并且最后实现量产。
3)芯片加工的Failure分析,并把分析结果反馈给芯片设计和加工部门作进一步性能提高。
4)和器件测试工程师一起完成器件性能测试,并把测试分析结果反馈给芯片设计和加工部门作进一步性能提高。
5)编写技术文挡, 并记录和分析实验结果。
Job Summary
The Senior Staff/ Staff Engineering position must provide leadership and technical expertise for cross-disciplinary teams in the development of CMOS sensor technology that is compatible with sequencing platform that will be developed into new products. As a successful candidate, you will lead CMOS sensor/chip fabrication efforts in house to support the chip development in all phases. As a technical lead, you will be also expected to apply scientific principles (physics and math) and practices to emerging fields, such as CMOS/semiconductor, electronic hardware and biomedical engineering while also identifying opportunities to improve existing products.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in the project planning process as a senior team member and functional leader.
- Plan for project resource requirements and project tasks.
- Lead experimental studies with regard to assembling protocols, materials and equipment.
- Participate in the execution of the project tasks, and coach and assist group members in the performance of their project tasks.
- Oversee junior scientists/engineers on their project team.
- Lead the CMOS sensor/chip fabrication efforts in foundries to support the CMOS chip development in all phases.
- Together with the group director and project leaders interpret experimental data and write technical progress reports and papers.
- Present technical findings during design reviews, project reviews, company meetings, and scientific meetings.
- Participate in the writing of the patent disclosures related to assigned projects.
- Maintain notebooks in a manner that complies with company policy for recording of experimental data.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
岗位要求:
1)微电子类相关专业,硕士以上学历或等同相关工作经验。
2)丰富的CMOS和MEMS加工的工作经验, 包括光刻, 干湿法腐蚀加工, 薄膜的增生,基体掺杂等等,至少5年以上相关工作经验。
3)能独立地设计成熟的MEMS工艺流程。
4)了解各种半导体行业的计量和测量工具, 象SEM, TEM, AFM, EDX, XPS 等等
5)熟练运用JMP 或 Python进行数据分析, SPC 质量加工控制。
6)了解各种传感器技术基本工作原理,特别是CMOS图像传感技术和ISFET传感技术。
7)有在CMOS和MEMS厂家直接相关工作经验者优先。
8) 从事过CMOS图像传感器、化学传感器,医疗器械相关领域的工作经验者优先。
9)具有良好的中英文表达,交流和写作能力。
Required Qualifications
- A PhD with 3-5 years; MS with 5-8 years of working experience in electrical engineering, material science and engineering and relevant engineering.
- Extensive working knowledge and experiences on CMOS and MEMS fabrication experiences, including photolithography, dry/wet etching, thin film, diffusion/implantation etc.
- Working experiences to bring CMOS/ MEMS products to the market.
- Working experiences in analytical tools, including SEM, TEM, AFM, EDX and XPS etc for failure analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis and SPC quality control using JMP and Python.
- Working knowledge of the transducers like CMOS optical imaging sensors and ISFET sensors.
- Strong solid state and semiconductor physics knowledge needed for chip failure analysis.
- Working experiences with the industrial leading semiconductor foundries.
- Working knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices.
- Able to work independently and lead and collaborate as a technical leader.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-discipline team environment are required.
- Individual must also be able to organize and multi-task. Rigorous execution of experimental protocols is critical.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working experience with CMOS and MEMS foundries is a plus.
- Working experiences with CMOS imaging sensors and biochemical sensors etc are preferred.
- Working experiences in biomedical equipment industry.
- Experience working with Chinese business, academic institutions and industries.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
