Interior Designer- Hospitality

室内设计师-酒店：
1)Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture and interior design;

建筑和室内设计专业本科或以上学历

2)A minimum of 8 years design and management experience in hospitality design;

八年以上室内酒店项目设计和管理工作经验

3) Strong team-work ability. Review work off and assist Senior Designers / Junior / Intern members of design team in conjunction with Director;

有团队合作能力。连同设计总监审核团队中资深设计师/设计师/初级设计师/实习生工作。

4) Strong experience in communication with contractor, supplier and client；Reviewing project for conformance to contract;

善于与承包商，供应商，客户沟通；根据合同执行项目实施中的每个细节

5) Strong experience in dealing with construction ve and meeting timelines

具备良好的VE控制，进度控制的经验

6) Good English and Chinese communication ability;

具有良好的双语（英语-中文）沟通能力

7) Good at Schematic Design and Construction Documents Production

具有良好的方案设计能力以及施工图制作能力

8)Be proficient in using design software: Photoshop,Autodesk CAD,Sketchup Dreamweaver or other web design programs

熟练操作设计软件 :Photoshop, Autodesk CAD,Sketchup

9)Understanding of local building regulations and practices

熟知国内的室内装修规范及要求
