岗位职责：
? Manage SQE to complete supplier development and approval process
? Manage SQE to complete part qualification process based on AGCO requirement
? Mentor and coach SQE on all functional requirement
? Establish strong relationship and buy in from factory and corporate SQE organization
? Foster strong supplier relationship
? Support management reporting requirement
? Other activities related to China Sourcing
? Comply with company EHS rules and regulations
岗位要求：
Bachelor degree in engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in quality and/or manufacturing.
Working knowledge of one or more manufacturing processes such as casting, forging, stamping, welding and machining
In depth knowledge of TS16949, QS9000 and well experienced in supplier auditing and supplier development
Team player, self-motivator, great analytical and negotiation skills, ability of working under pressure
Candidates with knowledge of lean manufacturing and fundamental statistics skill is preferred
Good oral and written English skills are required to facilitate effective communication in a multi-culture environment
Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time – work at supplier side
