• 带领化妆品精品店销售团队达成月度和年度业绩目标
• 服务为导向，通过BA培训带教提高服务质量，从而带动的销售业绩
• 店铺日常运营管理
• 通过库存监控以及与市场、销售团队协调，保持正确库存水平和合理的产品配置
• 和百货商场协商，并与市场、销售团队团队协调，准备促销活动，提高商场排名和市场份额
• 和香水美容品部销售、培训、市场团队，以及仓库部门保持良好合作

• 大专以上学历
• 3年或以上奢侈品行业或化妆品行业相关销售工经验，拥有2年柜台管理经验者优先
• 注重细节，以高标准要求自己的工作
• 能独立承受工作责任
• 能同时处理多个工作任务，能承受工作压力并将其转化为动力
