Job Description
Teacher 早期教育教师/ / 老师
Responsibilities: :
1. Conduct high quality classes;
2. Equipment set up and maintenance;
3. A reliable resource for parents;
4. Band representative.
Qualifications: :
1. Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably related to early childhood education);
2. Passionate, love to work with kids and willing to devote time and effort for the benefit of both
kids and parents;
3. Proficient use of English language (speaking, reading and writing) is a must. Minimum of
4
CET6/TEM4;
4. Able to work under pressure;
5. Physically fit, active, energetic and can sing;
6. Team player with good interpersonal and leadership skills;
7. Values integrity and professionalism;
8. Self-motivated, goal oriented and coach able;
9. A funster;
10. Experience of working with kids aged 0 to13 is a plus;
11. Height should no less than 160 cm for man and 158 for women.
工作职责: :
1.高质量的完成课程的教授；
2.教学设备的维护和管理；
3.成为家长可信赖的资源；
4.负责品牌形象的传递。

1.本科学历或以上（早期教育相关专业毕业优先）；
2.有激情，热爱和孩子一起的工作，并且愿意为孩子的成长付出时间和精力；
3.优秀的英语听说读写能力，英文水平不低于 CET4/TEM4；
4.能够承受相应的工作压力；
5.身体健康，积极，精力充沛；
6.优秀的人际沟通能力和领导力，具有团队合作精神；
上班时间：做五休二 周中休息 上班时间：8:30-17：30
薪资：试用期两个月4000+200全勤
培训后三个月一晋升 薪资阶梯晋升（4K-6K）-（6K-8K）-（8K+）
晋升机制：初级实习老师-高级实习老师-初级老师-高级老师-课目组长-教师主管-总部培训师
