Key Responsibilities:

1. Make the reasonable weekly and daily production plan base on the demand and production process

2. Cooperate with production supervisor, daily review production execution, recognize the potential delivery risk and report to internal and external customer in time

4. Coordinate the urgent demand which comes from internal and external departments, adjust the production plan smoothly to improve the production efficiency.

5. Follow up the OTD (on time delivery) and LT (Lead time) of production and fulfil reschedule process for manufacture order and customer order

6. Analyze accuracy of plan and provide report regularly

7. Keep good coordinate with central planning team and other department

Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Bachelor or above degree, Major in engineering is preferred

2. More than 3 years working experience as planner in manufacturing industry with multiple fabrication process steps

3. Excellent data analysis skill, such as data analysis, statistics, collection, etc.

4. Familiar with office software, especially Excel

5. Good knowledge of ERP system (SAP/ ORACLE/M3), production flow, lean production, KANBAN system

6. Skilled in English listening, speaking, reading and writing

7. Good communication and coordination skills and team work spirit

8. To be responsible, proactively and Result-oriented thinking
