Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Order planning for central purchased medical consumables
  • Focus on products’ function, communicate with vendors effectively
  • Follow up hospitals and departmental operation procedures and policies
  • Order delivery tracking and fulfill clinical requests on timing and quality
  • Good sense and knowledge for inventory planning. Maintain reasonable inventory level
  • Dealing with existing vendors for new central purchasing opportunities,
  • Vendors evaluation, and compliance management;
  • Other responsibilities which are instructed by UFH Supply Chain Manager

Qualifications:

  • BA degree; medical, nursing,logistic, purchasing degree preferred
  • Being honest and value integrity
  • Work independently with team work spirit
  • Computer skill in Word, Excel;
  • Good English skill both in daily English and medical English;
  • Good communication skill;
  • Team work skill
  • Business and negotiation skill
