ROLE PURPOSE

As one of the key strategic initiatives in Company China 2020+ roadmap, the (new) retail business with customer-centric marketing approach and competence infrastructure is determined as a core growth pillar and leading success factor for the organization.

The company is now looking for an experienced and passionate marketer, heading the strategic development of Company’s B2C marketing approach, incl. channel integration and marketing innovation along the end-customer journey, designed from customer’s angel of view, and based on solid customer insight.

This position is an upgrade and extension from the previous role of Strategic Marketing Manager, with clearly dedicated focus now on customer experience and their life-time brand loyalty. Besides marketing intelligence and database, the development and execution of brand showroom experience, the O2O synergy, the consumer relationship, and B2C marketing innovation will also be added to the job holder’s responsibility scope.

This position reports directly to the Vice President Marketing & Retail, and anticipate close collaboration with the functions of Brand Management, Digital Commerce, Training, Regional Marketing Operation, Retail Channel BD, and Retail Sales.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

? Establish and develop integrated competence database of marketing intelligence along end customer’s ecosystem, through systematic market observation, survey, interaction, and networking.

? Develop solid end customer insight and product / marketing plan based on above activities, pro-actively communicate / educate the organization on the outcomes. Help enable the transformation of Hansgrohe China’s business to a more customer-centric and sustainable model.

? Design, develop and maintain leading customer experience with cutting-edge technology and content in the retail channel, for both AXOR and hansgrohe, incl. the O2O (new retail) journey, POS in-store experience, B2C promotion programs and tools, other online and offline activation programs.

? Develop and execute the strategy of brand flagship stores, concept stores, and experience centers.

? Support channel BD to develop engagement plan and tools for key stakeholders and influencers in the channel, i.e. home deco interior designers, KOL.

? Be the driving force and pilot leader at Hansgrohe China for emerging technology and business model opportunities, including channel integration (i.e. O2O) and marketing innovation.

? Collaborate with peer functions to create synergy and maximize the power of branding communications to the market.


REQUIREMENTS ON KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
? University degree or above with the major in marketing, business administration, or relevant areas.
? Solid B2C marketing experience for leading brands (MNC or local leading brands both ok) as a must. Comparable experience in building materials or durable goods industry will be a strong plus.
? Strategic and structured mindset yet hands-on mentality.
? Creative, passionate, self-motivated, always curious on new possibilities.
? An excellent communicator and active cross-boundary team player.
? Proven leadership experience and skills.
? Ability to handle multi-tasks and sense of speed.
? Good English skills both oral and written.
