岗位职责：

1. 安排教学计划与编写教材；

2. 帮助学生提高、改善英语口语能力和实际运用能力，并达成学习目标；

3. 与团队积极合作，完成学校项目式教学；

4. 参与教师培训及教研活动。

任职资格：

u 本科或以上学历，母语为英语；

u 具有TEFL、TESOL或其他教师资格证书；

u 教育行业相关专业背景，具有跨国英语教学经验者优先，具有项目式教学经验者优先；

u 符合在中国申请合法工作许可具备的资格条件；

u 热爱英语教育行业，有爱心和安全意识。

Responsibility for English teachers:

1. Arrange teaching plan and compile teaching materials；

2. Help students improve their oral and practical English skills and achieve their learning goals；

3. Work actively with team to complete project teaching；

4. Participate in teacher training and teaching and research activities.

Qualification for English teachers：

u Bachelor degree or above，Native English speaker；

u TEFL, CELTA, TESOL, and/or Teaching Certificate holder is preferred;

u major English language or education/pedagogy will be preferred. International English teaching experience and project teaching experience is preferred;

u Meet the qualifications for applying for a legal work permit in China;

u Have a great passion for teaching.
