Job Description
烟台市 芝罘区

1. Establish, execute and develop C&B programs in order to provide an effective kit to keep internal equity & external competitive advantage;

2. Assist HR manager to develop C&B policies, procedures and guidelines. Monitor its effectiveness and efficiency;

3. Manage C&B implementation: Monthly compensation calculation and distribution, payroll report, Individual tax, social insurance transaction. Ensure the accuracy data is timely submitted. Follow up with the commercial insurance companies to deal with the staff commercial benefits affairs;

4. In charge of payroll system. Launch and update employee database and ensure that all C&B reports and records are properly and timely documented and maintained;

5. Perform job analysis and evaluation exercises, merit increase programs, the administration of benefits and perquisites and develop a competitive job and salary structure. Be sensitive on the market movement including pay trend, benefits practices as well as legal regulations update;

6. Assist the HR manager in coordinating and implementing payment plan. Provide constructive resolutions to HR Manager and management on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, job evaluation and other specific C&B issues;

7. Assist HR manager to Prepare and control overall human resource budgets and cost;

8. Compile, review, analyze and interpret Market C&B surveys;

9. Support on the annual Salary and Social Benefit Audit by the government;

10. Keep good relationship with business consultant and government agencies;

11. As HR SOX Specialist to involve SOX audit;
