Job tasks

1. Technical face to the customer for all pre-sales activities for RF products;

2. Technical window between R&D and customers

3. Responsible for understanding the technical requirements of customers as they relate to impedance matching networks and RF power generators;

4. Get information on new opportunities from technical departments at customers;

5. Participate in the finalization of documentation required to ensure proper production of volume products based on optimizations done in the prototyping process;

6. Willing to travel frequently

Job requirements

• B.S or M. S in electrical engineering;
• Impedance network & Power amplifier knowledge
• Background in High Power RF (radio frequency) technology. Preferable to have direct experience with Impedance Matching networks and RF Generators in semiconductor, solar, LCD or LED manu-facturing equipment.
• Background in plasma process development a big plus;
• Experience in international project management and the production and market introduction in the high-tech industry;
• Excellent communications skills, experience in working for an international company in Europe or USA;
• Experience working in complex/multi-disciplinary environment, e.g. Semiconductor, Flat-panel display or Thin-film solar industry;
• Good Team Player;
