Job Description
岗位职责:
  • You will report into Regional GWS Management based out of Singapore and will act as our main point of contact to support the growth of the Dolby Shenzhen office.
  • GWS Facilities Coordinator will be located at the reception desk.
  • Provide support to the Customer Testing Center Operations in Shenzhen
  • Provide the ultimate Guest Experience to everyone who comes to the Dolby Shenzhen Office.
  • Provide hospitality and notify host employee. Maintain a clean and attractive reception lobby.
  • Work with our Serviced Office provider to optimize service delivery to our staff.
  • Serve as primary contact for all deliveries coming into building. Manage shipping and receiving for business mail, notifying recipients as required.
  • Manage all office requests using Dolby’s ServiceNow ticketing system (soon to be launched) and ensure appropriate response and escalate when required. Ensure high customer satisfaction rate.
  • Maintain office floorplan, seating and headcount plans. Provide support during approved moves. Provide reporting as desired by Regional GWS Management.
  • Onsite point of contact for vendor relations. Ensure providers are meeting contract Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Onboard new vendors, establish Purchase Orders (POs), and be point person for any local GWS invoicing issues. Responsible for providers of food services, office supplies, interior plants, furniture, parking, pest control, janitorial, maintenance, shipping, mechanical maintenance (incl. HVAC and UPS).
  • Act as Dolby’s liaison with Kerry Plaza’s Building Management staff to coordinate Building Services, amenities, etc. and relaying messaging on behalf of Building Management to staff regarding fire tests, evacuation exercises, office closures, parking garage, building repairs, etc.
  • Coordinate company New Hires and Departures with HR, IT and GSOC.
  • Inventory, order, and replenish stationery stock as required.
  • Ensure that conference rooms, print area, pantry are tidy, in working order and well-stocked
  • Work closely with local leadership on all business unit needs. Provide high -quality service in response to requests or issues from local management.
  • Work with GWS on any office improvement projects.
  • Provide support for events within the office. Coordinate food with onsite provider, or external supplier as necessary. Coordinate logistics and space setup. Work with janitorial staff to make sure all spaces are fully prepared and cleaned after. Work with GSOC and to coordinate all guest access to space to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Other similar responsibilities, consistent with the above, to be assigned.
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历,专业不限,2018届毕业生优先;
2、具备一定的行政工作经验,熟练操作Word/Excel/PPT等常用办公软件;
3、英语流利,通过CET-6/BEC/专四/专八的优先;
4、形象气质良好,大方得体,具备良好的沟通能力和责任意识。
