Responsibilities 岗位职责:

1. Translate clinical documents English/Chinese and Chinese/English (For example but not limited to: Medical records including reports and notes, clinical correspondence, and clinical training content).

负责诊所内文件英译中及中译英双向翻译（如，病历翻译，其中包括但不限于病历报告及注意事项、临床通信及临床训练等内容）。

2. Translate non-clinical business documents English/Chinese and Chinese/English (For example but not limited to: policies and procedures, internal and external correspondence, marketing materials, etc.).

非临床性质文件英译中及中译英双向翻译（包括但不限于：公司制度及流程、内部及外部通信、市场相关文件等）。

3. Prepare related material and provide verbal translation as requested for formal meetings, events, and training (external and internal).

按照要求为正式会议、活动及培训（内部及外部培训）准备相关材料及提供口译服务。

4. Provide informal verbal translation/interpretation for internal meetings, visitors, etc.

为公司内部会议及来访客户等提供口译服务。

5. All other tasks, as assigned.

Qualifications 任职要求

1. Must be Bilingual (English/Chinese)

熟练掌握英汉双语

2. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

相关专业学士学位

3. 1 year of professional work experience: translation and/or international customer service positions preferred

1年以上专业领域工作经验：笔译和/或口译相关岗位优先

4. Basic skills in wide range of common computer applications, specifically MS Office suite

熟练掌握各种计算机软件应用技巧，尤其是office办公软件

5. Ability to work in cross-functional teams across multiple sites

拥有良好的团队工作能力，能够适应跨团队工作环境

6. Ability to manage and prioritize assignments and work to deadlines

能够合理安排工作，在规定的时间内完成指定任务

7. Strong interest in healthcare and willingness to learn specific content/skills required
