Responsibilities:

• Regularly attend school’s events.

• Collect and process images and video files for school activities, set up history index for school photo albums, and design and produce the school Yearbook.

• Design the layout for school publications andpresentations; cooperate with the school departments to establish the contentand do the corresponding editing work.

• Produce photography and video recording for the school activities, and the production of school activity videos.

• Design posters and related publicity materials for school activities, and participate in the design and set up of the activity venues.

• Manage the production of the year book.

• Assist in the interface design and information media production of the school media platform on mobile phone.

• Have an intermediate understanding of all aspects of the school including curriculum, history, organization, operation system, admission information, as well as answers to other questions frequently asked by the general public.

• Partake in other Marketing tasks and activities.

Qualification Requirements:

• Exceptional English skills, both verbal and written.
• Background / Experience in photography and graphic design.
• Strong sense of organization.
• Responsible, committed, ethical.
• Self-Starter.
• Proactive.
• Willing to learn.
• Hard-working.
