Position Summary

职位概述

• Responsible for warehouse operations and support line manager to manage 3rd party logistic to meet all the KPIs. Result oriented to manage and optimized the whole logistic process from warehouse to customer with continues improving cost.
• 仓库操作，配合部门经理管理第三方物流商以满足所有的绩效考核。以结果为导向，管理并优化物流流程，持续改善从仓库到客户段的成本。
• Located in WGQ warehouse.
• 地点在外高桥仓库,意威路398号。

Main Responsibilities:

主要职责：

• Manage warehouse operation. Realize productivity through the whole process and work with 3PL closely to achieve performance continuous improvement.
• 仓库操作。通过和第三方物流在整体流程的紧密合作实现效率，达到持续提高绩效。
• Manage the performance of 3PLs to ensure high quality and high efficiency. Regular review of the 3PLs KPI and create the action plan in case of KPI deviation.
• 第三方物流以保证高质量和高效率的绩效。定期审查第三方物流的绩效并制定发生偏差时的行动方案。
• Analyze the logistic spending, ensure the data transparency and accuracy.
• 物流费用，确保数据的透明性和准确性。
• Work closely with quality team, regulatory team to meet company the standard and comply with government regulations.
• 量团队和管理团队紧密合作，以满足公司标准并遵守政府法规。
• Work with planner team to meet the target operation metrics.
• 划部门协作以完成操作指标。
• Support or work together with logistic associates to implement logistic project and realize the yearly logistic target.
• 物流同事工作，完成物流项目和实现年度物流目标。
• Familiar with import/export customs clearance, FTZ operation is a plus.
• 进出口清关，有保税区操作经验优先。

Desirable

优先条件

• Bachelor education in logistic management preferred.
• 管理本科优先
• Supply chain/logistic experience (3+) in related industry. Experience of 3rd party logistic management is a plus.

3年以上供应链/物流相关行业从业经验，有第三方物流管理经验为佳
