童装设计师

岗位职责:

• 负责进行国内外市场调研， 及时掌握童装面辅料和设计趋势; 特别针对12岁或以下男、女童;
• 有较强潮流触觉，对服装面料熟悉, 尤其高质量童装市埸，对Gusella品牌童装设计理念有认同感；
• 熟悉服装运作流程和操作规范, 由选料，打版，审版一直到合格的样衣完成所有环节, 并做好样衣存档记录工作；;
• 根据当季市场流行趋势、公司品牌的风格定位, 完成设计任务;
• 与意大利、葡萄牙、西班牙及中国供货商紧密合作

任职要求:

• 服装设计专业，大专及以上学历
• 7年以上童装全结构设计工作经验
• 精通产品系列开发的成本控制
• 独立完成产品设计, 有较强潮流触觉, 对时装有较深的造诣和创意
• 良好时间管理, 吃苦耐劳
• 能操英文及意大利文者优先考虑, 懂中文更佳
• 熟悉计算机操作: Adobe Illustrator及 Photoshop

Childrenswear Designer

Job Description
? Responsible for research and analyze childrenswear trend direction specializing in boys and girls until age 12;
? Fashion conscious with strong styling and fabric sense in the premium childrenswear market;
? Responsible for the design and development process from research, sourcing, design, TP, follow up, initial fitting session through until show sample stage;
? Ensure that the design work standard and style are in line with the collection and upkeep of a consistent brand image and positioning;
? Work closely with suppliers in Italy, Portugal, Spain and China;
Job Requirement
? Degree holder in fashion design or related disciplines
? Over 7 years or above relevant experience in childrenswear
? Cost conscious (utilizing theory of economies of scale)
? Independent, mature, creative and passionate
? Good time management skill, able to work under pressure and multi-tasking within tight schedule
? Good Communication and presentation skill
? Can speak Italian, English and Chinese (would be good to have)
? Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
