Role Description – summary
o Assistant, to assist project managers and the department with project financial management, documenting and archiving, devices and fix asset management, logistics assistant, etc.
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities Dimensions
? Assist, support and provide administrative assistance to the projects and the team
? Project financial management, documentation and archive management
? Lab, devices, fix asset management
? Handle different applications for interns and employee, such as enrollment, computer, safety clothes, etc., applications.
? Support & follow up purchase orders & contracts for department members
? Organize team activities such as meeting, workshop and outing
? Support department manager for daily administive work 1 Position
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
? Bachelor degree or above, major in business administration or related field
? Excellent PC skill, proficient in Microsoft software including PowerPoint, Excel, Word
? Good communication and interpersonal skills.
? Strong sense of responsibility sense & professional attitude
? Proactive, take initiatives, team work oriented
? Good oral and written English capability
? Familiar with SAP
